Front Bumper: Installation

INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Install the reinforcement with the 8 bolts.
  Torque: 58 N*m (590 kgf*cm, 43 ft.*lbf)

INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER
INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH
1. Install the fog light with the nut.
  Torque: 5.0 N*m (50 kgf*cm, 43 in.*lbf)
INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH
1. Install the fog light with the nut.
  Torque: 5.0 N*m (51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf)
INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER
1. Connect the 2 fog light connectors.
2. Install the bumper cover with the 3 clips, 2 screws and 4 bolts.
  Torque:
  
  3.0 N*m (31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf) for screw
  
  8.5 N*m (87 kgf*cm, 76 in.*lbf) for bolt

INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE (See INSTALLATION )
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
PERFORM INITIALIZATION
1. Perform initialization (see INITIALIZATION ).
  NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
