Upper Instrument Panel: Disassembly

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT 
    1. Remove the 3 screws and duct.

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT 
    1. Remove the 3 screws and duct.

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT 
    1. Remove the screw and duct.

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT 
    1. Remove the screw and duct.

  5. REMOVE NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and duct.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY 
  7. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY 
  8. REMOVE FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY (See  REMOVAL  ) 
  9. REMOVE AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR (for Automatic Light Control System) 
  10. REMOVE COOLER (SOLAR SENSOR) THERMISTOR (for Automatic Air Conditioning System) (See  SOLAR SENSOR (FOR AUTOMATIC AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM)  )
