Outer Rear View Mirror: Installation

INSTALL OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ILLUMINATION LIGHT BULB (w/ Illumination)
1. Install the outer rear view mirror illumination light bulb into the light socket.
2. Turn the outer rear view mirror illumination light socket and bulb, in the direction indicated by the arrow in Fig 1, to install them.

INSTALL OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR
1. Engage the 2 claws on the upper side of the mirror and the 6 clips and install the mirror.
  HINT:
  
  Heating the mirror holder with a domestic dryer before this procedure makes the work easier.

2. Install the outer rear view mirror with the 3 bolts.
  Torque: 8.0 N*m (82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf)

3. Connect the connector.
INSTALL NO. 2 FRONT DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER
HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the RH side (see REASSEMBLY ).
INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the RH side (see REASSEMBLY ).
INSTALL FRONT ARMREST BASE UPPER PANEL (See INSPECTION )
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
Torque: 3.9 N*m (40 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf)
