Clutch Accumulator: Removal

  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
  2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER INLET ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL )
  3. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL )
  4. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL )
  5. REMOVE CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR BRACKET 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and clutch accumulator bracket.

  6. REMOVE RELEASE CYLINDER HEAT INSULATOR 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and release cylinder heat insulator.

  7. DISCONNECT CLUTCH LINE 
    1. Using SST, disconnect the clutch lines.

      SST 09023-00101 

      HINT:

      Use a container to catch the fluid.

  8. REMOVE CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 nuts and clutch accumulator assembly.
