Exhaust Pipe And Catalytic Converter: Removal

  1. REMOVE TAIL PIPE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 nuts and tail pipe assembly
    2. Remove the gasket from the center exhaust pipe.

  2. REMOVE CENTER EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts and center exhaust pipe assembly.
    2. Remove the gasket from the front exhaust pipe.

  3. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 nuts.

    2. Remove the 2 nuts, front exhaust pipe No. 1 support bracket and front exhaust pipe assembly.
    3. Remove the gasket from the exhaust manifold.
  4. REMOVE HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR  (See REMOVAL )
  5. REMOVE REAR EXHAUST PIPE NO. 1 SUPPORT BRACKET 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and rear support bracket.
