Exhaust Pipe And Catalytic Converter: Removal

  1. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER NO.1 
  2. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER NO.2 
  3. REMOVE OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank 1)  (See REMOVAL )
  4. REMOVE OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank 2)  (See REMOVAL )
  5. REMOVE EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY TAIL 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and 2 compression springs.
    2. Remove the exhaust pipe tail from the exhaust pipe support.
    3. Remove the gasket from the exhaust pipe center.

  6. REMOVE EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY CENTER 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and 2 compression springs.
    2. Remove the exhaust pipe center from the 3 exhaust pipe supports.
    3. Remove the gasket from the exhaust pipe front No. 3.
    4. Remove the 2 bolts and exhaust pip damper.

  7. REMOVE EXHAUST PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY FRONT NO.3 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and 2 nuts, exhaust pipe front No. 3 and the 2 gaskets.

  8. REMOVE EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY FRONT 
    1. Remove the 2 nuts, exhaust pipe assembly front, and gasket.
