Rear No. 2 Seat Assembly: Removal

  1. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY 
  2. REMOVE DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL )
  3. REMOVE DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY NO.3 
  4. REMOVE DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY NO.2 
  5. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX REAR  (See REMOVAL )
  6. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE  (See REMOVAL )
  7. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER NO.2 LH  (See REMOVAL )
  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER NO.2 RH 
  9. REMOVE JACK CARRIER SUPPORT 
  10. REMOVE JACK ASSEMBLY 
  11. REMOVE JACK CARRIER ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL )
  12. REMOVE DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH  (See REMOVAL )
  13. REMOVE DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH 
  14. REMOVE REAR NO.2 SEAT ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 4 seat belt buckles from the No.2 seat cushion.

      HINT:

      Make sure that both buckles of each outer seat belt are disconnected before beginning work.

    2. Using the handle 3rd seat, fold the rear No.2 seat assembly.
    3. Lift the flap at the rear of the No.2 seat cushion to show the 4 seat mounting bolts.
    4. Remove the 4 bolts and rear No.2 seat assembly.
