Instrument Panel Safety Pad: Reassembly

  1. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE 
    1. Install the 8 clamps, 5 screws < H >, and the instrument panel wire.

  2. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  3. INSTALL ANTENNA NO. 2 CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the 4 clamps and the antenna No. 2 cord sub-assembly.

  4. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA (w/ Navigation System)  (See INSTALLATION )
  5. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY CENTER 
    1. Install the 3 screws < H > and the instrument panel bracket sub-assembly center.

  6. INSTALL NETWORK GATEWAY ECU 
    1. Install the network gateway ECU with the bolt.
    2. Connect the connector.

  7. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL NO. 3 RETAINER LOWER 
    1. Install the 2 screws < H > and the instrument panel finish panel No. 3 retainer lower.

  8. INSTALL INSTRUMENT FINISH PANEL NO. 2 RETAINER LOWER 
    1. Install the nut < J > and the instrument finish panel No. 2 retainer lower.

  9. INSTALL INSTRUMENT FINISH PANEL NO. 1 RETAINER LOWER 
    1. Install the nut < J > and the instrument finish panel No. 1 retainer lower.

  10. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL NO. 1 REGISTER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the 2 screws < H > and the instrument panel No. 1 register assembly.

  11. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL NO. 1 REGISTER ASSEMBLY LOWER 
    1. Install the 2 screws < H > and the instrument panel No. 1 register assembly lower.

  12. INSTALL HEATER TO REGISTER CENTER SUB DUCT 
    1. Install the 4 screws < H > and the heater to register center sub duct.

  13. INSTALL HEATER TO REGISTER NO. 1 DUCT 
    1. Install the 3 screws < H >.
    2. Install the clip and the heater to register No. 4 duct.

  14. INSTALL HEATER TO REGISTER NO. 4 DUCT 

    HINT:

    Use the same procedures for the heater to register No. 4 duct and the heater to register No. 1 duct.

  15. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the 7 screws < H > and the defroster nozzle assembly.

  16. INSTALL SIDE DEFROSTER NO. 2 NOZZLE DUCT 
    1. Install the screw < H > and the side defroster No. 2 nozzle duct.

  17. INSTALL SIDE DEFROSTER NO. 1 NOZZLE DUCT 
    1. Install the screw < H > and the side defroster No. 1 nozzle duct.

  18. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL NO. 1 PIN 
    1. Install the 3 screws < H > and the 3 instrument panel No. 1 pins.

  19. INSTALL COOLER (SOLAR SENSOR) THERMISTOR 
    1. Install the cooler (solar sensor) thermistor.
    2. Connect the connector.
  20. INSTALL AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR 
    1. Install the automatic light control sensor.
    2. Connect the connector.
  21. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL NO. 2 FINISH PANEL GARNISH 
    1. Engage the 4 clips and install the instrument panel No. 2 finish panel garnish.
