Removal and Installation - Front Expansion Valve: Installation

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

Expansion valve bolts: 4 N.m (0.41 kg-m, 35 in-lb)

A/C refrigerant pipe to expansion valve bolt: Refer to "COMPONENT ".

CAUTION:

Do reuse O-rings.
Apply compressor oil to the new O-rings for installation.
After charging refrigerant, check for leaks.
