On-Vehicle Inspection

  1. Remove center cluster integration panel. See REMOVAL .
  2. Inspect A/C control assembly circuit.
    1. Disconnect the connector from the A/C control assembly and inspect the connector on the wire harness side, as shown in Fig 1.

      Test condition: Turn ignition switch to ON

      If circuit is as specified, try replacing the amplifier with a new one. If the circuit is not as specified, inspect the circuits connected to other parts.

    2. Connect the connector to A/C control assembly and inspect wire harness side from the back side, as shown in the chart below.

      Test condition:

      • Run engine at idle speed
      • Set on manifold gauge set

        If circuit is as specified, try replacing the amplifier with a new one. If the circuit is not as specified, inspect the circuits connected to other parts.
