STEP 1. Check the circuit at fan controller connector A-20 (terminal 3).

Disconnect fan controller connector A-20, and measure at the harness side connector.

Measure the voltage between terminal number 3 and ground.
- When the ignition switch is turned to the "ON" position, voltage should measure battery positive voltage.

Q: Is there voltage battery positive voltage when the ignition switch is turned to the "ON" position?

YES : Go to Step 8 .
NO : Go to Step 2.
