Evaporator (Cooling Unit) Disassembly & Assembly: Disassembly

  1. Remove filter assembly.

  2. Remove screws (1) to separate evaporator upper and lower cases from each other.

  3. Remove upper case (1) and remove evaporator (2) from lower case (3).
  4. Remove the following components from evaporator.
