Cooling Fan and Fan Clutch Removal & Installation: Installation

Install removed parts in reverse order of removal procedure.

After installation, adjust belt tension for specification and tighten each bolt and nut securely. See COOLING FAN BELT TENSION CHECK & ADJUSTMENT .

Tightening torque Cooling fan / clutch nut (a): 11 N.m (1.1 kg-m, 8.0 lb-ft)

NOTE:

Refill cooling system with proper coolant. See COOLANT DESCRIPTION and COOLING SYSTEM FLUSH & REFILL .
After installation, check each joint for leakage.
