Roof Spoiler: Removal

  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
  2. Remove the trim panel assembly rear gate LWR. (Model with power rear gate) Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>REAR GATE TRIM>REMOVAL .
  3. Remove the trim panel assembly rear gate UPR. (Model without power rear gate) Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>REAR GATE TRIM>REMOVAL .
  4. Remove the power rear gate touch sensor. (Model with power rear gate) Ref. to POWER REAR GATE SYSTEM>POWER REAR GATE TOUCH SENSOR>REMOVAL .
  5. Remove the drip rear gate and the cover rear gate. (Model without power rear gate) Ref. to EXTERIOR BODY PANELS>REAR GATE>REMOVAL>REAR GATE PANEL .
  6. Remove the spoiler assembly roof CTR.
    1. Disconnect the connector of the stop light assembly high-mounted.
    2. Remove the bolt.

    3. Remove the clips and remove the spoiler assembly roof CTR.

  7. Remove the bolts and clips and remove the spoiler assembly roof side.
