Front Bumper: Disassembly

  1. Remove the front grille assembly.
    1. Remove the screws.
    2. Release the claws, and remove the front grille assembly.

  2. Remove the fog light assembly front. Ref. to LIGHTING SYSTEM>FRONT FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY>REMOVAL
  3. Remove the screws and clips, and remove the bracket fog light.

  4. Release the clips and claws, and then remove the cover fog front.

  5. Release the claws, then remove the arch garnish front.

  6. Remove the base license plate.
    1. Pinch the well nut on the back side of bumper face using pliers to secure it.
    2. Remove the bolts and remove the base license plate.
      CAUTION:

      Secure the well nut firmly during removal. If a well nut slips, the bumper face mounting hole may become deformed.

  7. Release the clips and claws, and then remove the cover intake front.
