Lane Departure Prevention Does Not Turn On

- Using the Subaru Select Monitor, check the following items in the [Data Monitor] of [EyeSight]. Ref. to EYESIGHT (DIAGNOSTICS)>DATA MONITOR
- EyeSight Customize Current Value Setting (LDP/Warning) (CCU→EyeSight)
- Perform the operation on "Lane departure prevention function" setting screen of the center information display.
Do the operation of "Lane departure prevention function" setting screen and the indication of [Data Monitor] match?
Yes : Go to 2.
No : Perform the inspection according to the diagnosis for cockpit control system. Ref. to COCKPIT CONTROL (DIAGNOSTICS)>BASIC DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE

- Left-Line Display
- Right-Line Display
- Left-Line Color
- Right-Line Color
- Perform the operation on "Lane departure prevention function" setting screen of the center information display.
Is the indication of [Data Monitor] as shown below?
When departure prevention is set to OFF on the "Lane departure prevention function" setting screen: [EyeSight Customize Current Value Setting (LDP/Warning) (CCU→EyeSight)] is set to [LDP OFF/Warning OFF] or [LDP OFF/Warning ON], [Left-Line Display] is set to [Light Off], and [Right-Line Display] is set to [Light Off]
When departure prevention is set to ON on the "Lane departure prevention function" setting screen: [EyeSight Customize Current Value Setting (LDP/Warning) (CCU→EyeSight)] is set to [LDP ON/Warning ON] or [LDP ON/Warning OFF], [Left-Line Display] is set to [Light On], [Right-Line Display] is set to [Light On], [Left-Line Color] is set to [Sub], and [Right-Line Color] is set to [Sub]
Yes : Go to 3.
No : Replace the stereo camera. Ref. to EYESIGHT>STEREO CAMERA>REMOVAL

- CHECK COMBINATION METER

Perform the operation on "Lane departure prevention function" setting screen of the center information display.
Is the lane indicator light of the combination meter as follows?
When departure prevention is OFF: Light OFF
When departure prevention is ON: Light ON (gray)
Yes : Currently, it is normal. Finish the diagnosis. When the lane indicator light is illuminated, but the lane departure prevention function does not operate, Ref. to EYESIGHT (DIAGNOSTICS)>DIAGNOSTICS WITH PHENOMENON>LANE DEPARTURE PREVENTION FUNCTION>LANE DEPARTURE PREVENTION DOES NOT TURN TO STANDBY MODE (LANE DISPLAY DOES NOT ILLUMINATE)/LANE DEPARTURE PREVENTION DOES NOT OPERATE (LANE DISPLAY DOES NOT ILLUMINATE IN YELLOW)
No : Perform the inspection according to the diagnosis for combination meter. Ref. to COMBINATION METER (DIAGNOSTICS)>BASIC DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE
