Inspection When Only Main Fan Does Not Stop

CHECK MAIN FAN RELAY 1 .
1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
2. Remove the main fan relay 1. Ref. to COOLING (H4DO (EXCEPT FOR HEV))>RADIATOR FAN RELAY>LOCATION .
3. Perform unit check for the main fan relay 1. Ref. to COOLING (H4DO (EXCEPT FOR HEV))>RADIATOR FAN RELAY>INSPECTION .
  Is the main fan relay 1 OK?
  
  Yes:
  
  Go to 2.
  
  No:
  1. Replace the main fan relay 1.
  2. Restore the vehicle to its original state.
INSULATION CHECK OF HARNESS BETWEEN MAIN FAN MOTOR AND SUB FAN MOTOR .
1. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
  NOTE: Main fan relay 1 is removed.
2. Turn to IG ON.
3. Check the radiator fan operation.
  Does the main fan motor rotate?
  
  Yes:
  1. Repair the harness between the main fan motor and the sub fan motor.
  2. Restore the vehicle to its original state.
  No:
  1. Replace the ECM. Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H4DO (EXCEPT FOR HEV))>ENGINE CONTROL MODULE (ECM) .
  2. Restore the vehicle to its original state.
