V-Belt TENSIONER Assembly

  1. Remove the V-belts. Ref. to MECHANICAL (H4DO (EXCEPT FOR HEV))>V-BELT>REMOVAL>GASOLINE ENGINE MODEL>V-BELT .
  2. Prepare for removing the V-belt tensioner assembly.
    1. Attach the tool to the V-belt tensioner assembly, and rotate the tool clockwise so that the stopper pin hole (A) aligns with the stopper pin hole (B). Insert the ST or 5 mm hex wrench into the holes.

      Preparation tool: 

      ST: STOPPER PIN (499267300)

  3. Remove the V-belt tensioner assembly.
