Resolver Sensor Harness

WARNING: The hybrid system includes a high voltage circuit. Mishandling could cause accidents such as electric shock or leak. Always check "WARNING (HYBRID SYSTEM)" and perform the proper operation. Ref. to PRECAUTION/WARNING>Warning (HYBRID SYSTEM) .
  1. Install the bolt and clip (A) shown in the figure, and install the resolver sensor harness.

    Tightening torque: 

    8 N.m (0.8 kgf-m, 5.9 ft-lb)

  2. Connect the resolver sensor harness to the inhibitor harness connector.

  3. Install the cord cover clips.

  4. Install the inverter with converter assembly. Ref. to HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLE>INVERTER AND CONVERTER ASSEMBLY>INSTALLATION .
  5. Install the floor under protector RH. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>FLOOR UNDER PROTECTOR>INSTALLATION .
  6. Install the propeller shaft. Ref. to DRIVE SHAFT SYSTEM>PROPELLER SHAFT>INSTALLATION .
  7. Install the service disconnect plug. Ref. to HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLE>SERVICE PLUG>INSTALLATION .
  8. Connect the battery ground terminal. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
