CVTF Cooler (Air Cooling): Removal

CAUTION:
  • Vehicle components are extremely hot immediately after driving. Be wary of receiving burns from heated parts.
  • If ATF spills over the engine, completely wipe it off to avoid emission of smoke and causing a fire.
  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
  2. Remove the bumper face - front. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>FRONT BUMPER>REMOVAL>BUMPER FACE .
  3. Remove the CVTF cooler (air cool) inlet hose (A) and the CVTF cooler (air cool) outlet hose (B).

  4. Remove the CVTF cooler (air cool).
