Charging Inlet Door

CAUTION:
Airbag system satellite safing sensor is located under the front center of the rear seat cushion. Be careful not to apply strong impact to the sensor when working with the rear seat cushion removed.
- Disconnect the ground terminal from battery and wait for at least 60 seconds before starting work. Refer to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
- Remove the rear seat cushion assembly. Refer to SEATS>REAR SEAT>REMOVAL .
- Remove the trim panel - rear apron LH. Refer to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>REAR QUARTER TRIM>REMOVAL .
- Remove the duct - battery cooling blower LH. Refer to HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLE>HIGH VOLTAGE BATTERY COOLING SYSTEM>REMOVAL>FRONT DUCT .
- Remove the battery cooling blower assembly LH. Refer to HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLE>HIGH VOLTAGE BATTERY COOLING SYSTEM>REMOVAL>COOLING BLOWER .
- Remove the duct assembly - cooling out LH. Refer to HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLE>HIGH VOLTAGE BATTERY COOLING SYSTEM>REMOVAL>REAR DUCT .
- Remove the charge lid lock with motor assembly.
- Remove the flap - outer.
- Remove the saucer SUB-assembly.
- Release the claw at part A on the front of the vehicle, then remove the saucer - cover.
- Remove the bolt.
- Disconnect the connector.
- Release the claw (a) from inside the vehicle.
- Pull toward you while pulling the saucer - COMPL toward the rear of the vehicle to release claw (b).
- While closing the saucer - COMPL flap, remove the saucer SUB-assembly.
- Release the claw at part A on the front of the vehicle, then remove the saucer - cover.
