Overview Of Error

Hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly detects an ON malfunction due to the precharge relay adhered or stuck on the negative side of HV battery.

The following are possible causes of the error.

• Fault of Inside of inverter voltage sensor (VH) system
  • Voltage sensor (VH) malfunction
  • Malfunction of Motor generator control ECU
  • Malfunction of communication (Wire harness)
• High voltage system fault
  • Malfunction of HV battery junction block
• Low voltage system (12 V) fault
  • Malfunction of Hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly
  • Malfunction of HV battery junction block
  • Low voltage Wire harness malfunction
  • Low voltage connector malfunction
