DTC P33B9-9F: Motor/Generator Shutdown Signal (Hybrid/EV Side) Stuck Off: Notes

Outline of diagnosis: 

At the inspection of the HV gate shutdown function (with READY ON → OFF), the main CPU and the sub CPU signals were conflicted, when both the main CPU and the sub CPU of Hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly output shutdown signals and the input was confirmed at Motor generator control ECU

(1 trip detection logic)

Trouble symptom: 

Normal driving

NOTE: This DTC is output, when Hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly detects a malfunction that the emergency shutdown line (HSDN) for the inverter cannot shut down. Therefore, when this DTC is output, replace Hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly. Ref. to HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLE>HYBRID POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE .
