Overview Of Error

This DTC indicates that the output signal of Motor temperature sensor 2 became abnormal.
The following are possible causes of the error.
- Internal malfunction of Hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly
- Malfunction of Hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly
- Malfunction of Motor temperature sensor
- Internal malfunction of Motor temperature sensor 2
- Open or short circuit of Motor temperature sensor 2
- Malfunction of Wire harness system between Motor temperature sensor 2 - Hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly
- Improperly connected connector
- Foreign matter caught, water intrusion
- Open or short circuitNOTE: When special operation that places a high load on the motor is performed while this DTC occurred, the motor may break down and the vehicle may drive in the evacuation state because of the protection control not working due to the motor overheat.
