Overview Of Error

Hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly detects T/M (transmission) lock or malfunction.

The following are possible causes of the error.

• Engine failure
  • Seizure due to lack of engine oil
  • Seizure due to lack of coolant
  • Engine malfunction
• Transmission failure
  • Seizure due to lack of ATF
  • Seizure due to lack of differential oil
  • Transmission gear damage
  • Damper (with torque limiter) damage
