Water Pipe LH

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.

Temporarily install the water pipe LH with a new O-ring.
Tighten the bolts in the numerical order as shown in the figure.
Tightening torque:

6.4 N.m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb)

Lower the engine and remove the lifting device and wire ropes.
Install the nuts which hold the engine mounting to the front crossmember.
CAUTION: Use new nuts.

NOTE: Make sure that locators (a) of the engine mounting are securely inserted.

Tightening torque:

90 N.m (9.2 kgf-m, 66.4 ft-lb)

Install the front exhaust pipe. Ref. to EXHAUST (H4DO (EXCEPT FOR HEV))>FRONT EXHAUST PIPE>INSTALLATION .
Install the A/C accumulator assembly. Ref. to AIR CONDITIONER (HEV)>ACCUMULATOR>INSTALLATION .
Install the transmission bracket.
Tightening torque:

8 N.m (0.8 kgf-m, 5.9 ft-lb)
Install the pitching stopper. Ref. to CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION (TH2A)>TRANSMISSION MOUNTING SYSTEM>INSTALLATION>PITCHING STOPPER .
Connect the preheater hose (A) and heater outlet hose (B) to the water pipe LH.

Install the air intake boot. Ref. to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DO (EXCEPT FOR HEV))>AIR INTAKE BOOT>INSTALLATION .
Install the air intake duct. Ref. to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DO (EXCEPT FOR HEV))>AIR INTAKE DUCT>INSTALLATION .
Install the collector cover. Ref. to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DO (EXCEPT FOR HEV))>COLLECTOR COVER>INSTALLATION .
Connect the battery ground terminal. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
Fill engine coolant. (Engine side) Ref. to COOLING (H4DO (HEV))>ENGINE COOLANT>REPLACEMENT>FILLING OF ENGINE COOLANT>ENGINE SIDE .
Set the front hood to the normal position. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>STAY ASSEMBLY - FRONT HOOD .
Install the striker - front hood. Ref. to EXTERIOR BODY PANELS>FRONT HOOD>ASSEMBLY .
