Inverter Water Pump: Removal

- Disconnect the ground terminal from battery. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
- Drain engine coolant. (Inverter assembly side) Ref. to COOLING (H4DO (HEV))>ENGINE COOLANT>REPLACEMENT>DRAINING OF ENGINE COOLANT>INVERTER ASSEMBLY SIDE .
- Remove the screw (A) and clips, and turn over the mud guard - front RH.
- Remove the clamp (A), and disconnect the inverter water pump inlet hose from the inverter water pump.
- Disconnect the quick connector from the inverter water pump.NOTE:
- Disconnect the quick connector as shown in the figure.
- Be careful not to pull the slider too much.
- Disconnect the connector (A) and remove the inverter water pump.
- When the water pipe and inverter water pump inlet hose are replaced
- Remove the water pipe (A) from the clamp.
- Disconnect the water pipe (A) and inverter water pump inlet hose (B) as a single unit from the inverter tank outlet hose.
- Disconnect the inverter water pump inlet hose from the water pipe.
- Remove the bracket.NOTE: Remove if necessary.
