Inverter Water Pump: Installation

  1. Attach the bracket.

    Tightening torque: 

    18 N.m (1.8 kgf-m, 13.3 ft-lb)

  2. When the water pipe and inverter water pump inlet hose were replaced
    1. Connect the inverter water pump inlet hose to the water pipe.

    2. Connect the water pipe (A) and inverter water pump inlet hose (B) as a single unit to the inverter tank outlet hose.
    3. Install the water pipe (A) to the clamp.

  3. Install the inverter water pump, and connect the connector (A).

    Tightening torque: 

    18 N.m (1.8 kgf-m, 13.3 ft-lb)

  4. Connect the inverter water pump inlet hose to the inverter water pump.

  5. Connect the battery ground terminal. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
  6. Fill engine coolant. (Inverter assembly side) Ref. to COOLING (H4DO (HEV))>ENGINE COOLANT>REPLACEMENT>FILLING OF ENGINE COOLANT>INVERTER ASSEMBLY SIDE .
