Low Pressure Valve Hose

  1. Using the refrigerant recovery system, discharge refrigerant. Ref. to AIR CONDITIONER (HEV)>REFRIGERANT RECOVERY PROCEDURE>PROCEDURE .
  2. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
  3. Remove the bumper face - front. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>FRONT BUMPER>REMOVAL .
  4. Remove the radiator assembly. Ref. to COOLING (H4DO (HEV))>RADIATOR>REMOVAL .
  5. Remove the hose - pressure suction valve.
    1. Remove the bolts and remove the hose - pressure suction valve.
      CAUTION:
      • Do not apply excessive force to the hose.
      • Seal the engaging parts of the disconnected hose and LOW solenoid valve with plugs or vinyl tape to prevent foreign matter from entering.
