Interior Condenser

CAUTION:

If the internal condenser was replaced, add an appropriate amount of compressor oil to the compressor. Ref. to AIR CONDITIONER (HEV)>COMPRESSOR OIL>ADJUSTMENT .
Replace the O-rings with new parts, and then apply compressor oil to install completely.
Before handling the airbag system components, refer to "CAUTION" of "General Description" in "AIRBAG SYSTEM". Ref. to AIRBAG SYSTEM>GENERAL DESCRIPTION>CAUTION .

Install the internal condenser.
Install the pipe - condenser.
Tightening torque:

7.5 N.m (0.8 kgf-m, 5.5 ft-lb)
Install the cover - evaporator.
Install the cover - heater pipe.
Install the heater and cooling unit assembly. Ref. to AIR CONDITIONER (HEV)>HEATER AND COOLING UNIT>INSTALLATION .
Connect the battery ground terminal. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
Fill engine coolant. (Engine side) Ref. to COOLING (H4DO (HEV))>ENGINE COOLANT>REPLACEMENT>FILLING OF ENGINE COOLANT .
