Transfer Drive Gear: Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Install the transfer drive gear.

    Tightening torque: 

    25 N.m (2.5 kgf-m, 18.4 ft-lb) 

  2. When the ball bearing, transfer drive gear or snap ring are replaced, select an appropriate adjusting washer for the transfer drive gear. <Ref. to ASSEMBLY , Extension Case.>
  3. Install the extension case. <Ref. to INSTALLATION , Extension Case.>
  4. Install the manual transmission assembly to the vehicle. <Ref. to INSTALLATION , Manual Transmission Assembly.>
