Extension Case: Disassembly

Remove the transfer drive gear. <Ref. to REMOVAL , Transfer Drive Gear.>
Remove the oil guide.

Remove the shift bracket.

Using the ST, remove the taper roller bearing (extension case side) outer race.
ST 18758AA000 PULLER

Remove the adjusting washer and oil plate.

Remove the shifter arm oil seal.

Remove the reverse check system. <Ref. to REMOVAL , Reverse Check System.>
Remove the extension oil seal. <Ref. to REPLACEMENT , Oil Seal.>
