Section 23 (HVAC System (Heater, Ventilator And A/C)): Condenser: Installation

CAUTION:
- If the condenser has been replaced, add an appropriate amount of compressor oil to the compressor. < Refer to ADJUSTMENT , Compressor Oil. >
- Replace the O-rings on hoses and pipes with new parts, and then apply compressor oil.
- Confirm that lower guide (A) of condenser fits into holes on radiator panel.
- Install each part in the reverse order of removal.
- Charge refrigerant. < Refer to
PROCEDURE , Refrigerant Charging Procedure. >
Tightening torque:
Refer to "COMPONENT" of "General Description".
Air conditioning unit: < Refer to AIR CONDITIONING UNIT , COMPONENT, General Description. >
Radiator & radiator fan (non-turbo model): < Refer to RADIATOR & RADIATOR FAN , COMPONENT, General Description. >

- Adjust the fog light beam. < Refer to FOG LIGHT AIMING , ADJUSTMENT, Front Fog Light Assembly. >
