Section 11 (Engine Cooling System (H4DOTC)): Thermostat: Removal

Lift up the vehicle.
Remove the under cover.< Refer to REMOVAL , Front Under Cover. >
Drain engine coolant.< Refer to DRAINING OF ENGINE COOLANT , REPLACEMENT, Engine Coolant. >
Disconnect the radiator outlet hose from thermostat cover.

Remove the thermostat cover, and then remove the gasket and thermostat.
