Section 11 (Engine Cooling System - Cooling (H6DO - 3.6L DOHC)): Radiator: Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.

Install the radiator lower cushion.
Install the radiator to vehicle.
NOTE: Insert pins on the lower side of radiator into the radiator lower cushions on vehicle side.
Install the radiator upper brackets.
Tightening torque: 12 N.m (1.2 kgf-m, 8.9 ft-lb)

Connect the ATF hoses A and B.
NOTE: Use a new ATF hose.

Attach the grille bracket.

Install the radiator main fan & fan motor and radiator sub fan & fan motor. Ref. to INSTALLATION , Radiator Main Fan and Fan Motor. Ref. to INSTALLATION , Radiator Sub Fan and Fan Motor.
Lift up the vehicle.
Connect the radiator lower hose to the radiator lower.

Connect the integrated connector of radiator main fan & fan motor and radiator sub fan & fan motor.

Install the undercover. Ref. to INSTALLATION , Front Under Cover.
Lower the vehicle.
Connect the ground cable to battery.
Fill engine coolant. Ref. to FILLING OF ENGINE COOLANT , REPLACEMENT, Engine Coolant.
Check the ATF level and replenish it if necessary. Ref. to INSPECTION , Automatic Transmission Fluid.
Install the air intake duct. Ref. to INSTALLATION , Air Intake Duct.
Install the collector cover.
