Rear Bumper: Removal

Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
Remove the bolts and clips.

Remove the clips from bumper and bracket.

When removing the rear bumper beam assembly, remove the six bolts on bumper stay.

Remove the rear combination light assembly. Refer to REMOVAL , Rear Combination Light Assembly.
Remove the two clips from each side.

Remove the floor box.
Remove the rear skirt trim.
Loosen the four nuts to remove rear bumper.

NOTE: Two persons are required when removing rear bumper assembly.
Remove the bolt to remove bracket from bumper.

Disengage the clips to remove bumper upper beam.

Remove the four bolts to remove side bracket and bumper stay.
