Driver-Side Air Bag Module: Removal

- Before proceeding, see SERVICE PRECAUTIONS . Disable SRS. See DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM . Position front wheels straight ahead.
- Unplug combination switch connectors. Remove covers from both sides of steering wheel. Unplug air bag module and horn connectors. Remove bolts securing air bag module to steering wheel using Torx T30 bit. Remove air bag module.
