Remove/Install Front Axle Brake Disk - AR42.10-P-0230SR

	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  . Skin or eye injuries may result when handling hot or glowing objects.	Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses, if necessary.	AS00.00-Z-0002-01A
1	Remove left or right engine support		AR42.10-P-0500SR
2	Remove screws/bolts (2) and remove brake disk (1)	: Always replace brake disks (1) in pairs. Locking bolt of front axle brake disk	*BA42.10-P-1002-06SR
3	Clean wheel hub (3) and grease lightly at the centering surface (A) using brake paste	MB Never Seeze brake paste (gray)	*BR00.45-Z-1083-06A
4	Install in the reverse order
5	Risk of accident  when commissioning the vehicle due to a lack of braking effect when the service brake is operated for the first time after repair work. Operate the brake pedal several times until brake linings make contact with the brake disks (1)	Before starting the engine, actuate brake pedal several times until pressure is built up and maintained in the brake system. A firm resistance must be noticeable at the brake pedal.	AS42.50-Z-0002-01A
