Remove/Install Radiator Grille - AR88.40-P-4001SRA

	Remove/install
1	Remove front bumper		AR88.20-P-2000SRA
2	Unscrew bolts (2) and remove handle fittings (3)
3	Disconnect electrical connector (4) from front radar sensor (B92)	Model 453.3/4 with code 252 (COLLISION PREVENTION ASSIST) The front radar sensor (B92) must not be removed from the radiator grille substructure (5).
4	Drill rivet heads on rivets (6) off of radiator grille (1)	Do not drill out rivet heads of rivets (6) too far. Otherwise the front bumper can be damaged and must be replaced. Use 7 mm dia. bit.
5	Remove rests of rivet from rivets (6)
6	Remove retaining clamps (7)
7	Unclip radiator grille (1) from front bumper	Mounting wedge	Figure
8	Unclip company sign	When replacing radiator grille (1). Mounting wedge	Figure
9	Unclip radiator grille substructure (5) from radiator grille (1)	When replacing radiator grille (1). Mounting wedge	Figure
10	Install in the reverse order
