Remove/install engine oil cooler - AR18.30-P-1000ELB

	Remove/install
	Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1	Remove front section of lower engine compartment paneling		AR61.20-P-1105EW
1	Remove front section of lower engine compartment paneling	Install front section only after the leak test.	AR61.20-P-1105EW
2	Remove lower air ducting (2)	3 catch tabs (arrows a) and 2 shackles on the fan unit.
3	Remove air ducts (3) and air ductings (4) on the left and right from the cooler	The respective air duct (3) is locked with a rotary catch above in the air ducting (4). The right air duct (3) is screwed onto the charge air cooler circulation pump (low-temperature circuit coolant pump).
4	Unlock engine oil cooler (1) on catch hooks (arrows b) on the left and right from engine oil cooler (1) and remove engine oil cooler (1) together with air duct housing (11) far enough downwards until the oil drain screw (5) and connecting points (7) are accessible
5	Remove oil drain screw (5) on engine oil cooler (1)	Collect engine oil in a container.

6	Remove screw/bolts (6) and disconnect oil lines (8, 9) at connecting points (7)	Install new sealing rings.

7	Remove engine oil cooler (1) downwards
8	Remove screw/bolts (10) and take off oil lines (8, 9).	Install new sealing rings. Only when replacing the engine oil cooler (1) or the oil lines (8, 9).
8	Remove screw/bolts (10) and take off oil lines (8, 9).	Bolt, oil cooler line to oil cooler	*BA18.30-P-1004-01G
9	Disconnect two-piece air duct housing (11) and remove from engine oil cooler (1)	Only when replacing the engine oil cooler (1) or the air duct housing (11). 3 catch tabs above and 4 catch tabs below on air duct housing (11).
10	Install in the reverse order

11	Check engine oil level and adjust correctly

	Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.
