Remove/install expansion reservoir - AR20.30-P-4950CMG

	Remove/install
	Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS20.00-Z-0001-01A
	Risk of injury caused by fingers being pinched or crushed when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lids, liftgates or sliding roof	Keep body parts and limbs well clear of moving parts.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
1	Clamp off coolant hose (2)
2	Disconnect electrical connector at switch (S41)
3	Unscrew cap on expansion reservoir (1) and suction off coolant		Fig 2
4	Remove circulation pump (M13) at expansion reservoir (1)	When replacing the expansion reservoir (1).
5	Release lock (4) and pull out bleed hose (3) from expansion reservoir (1)	Install new O-ring.
6	Remove coolant hose (2) on expansion reservoir (1)	Check hose clamp for damage and replace if necessary.
7	Unclip and lift out expansion reservoir (1) from right radiator tank (5)	Moisten rubber mount with lubricant paste. Ensure correct seating of expansion reservoir (1).

8	Remove switch (S41) at expansion reservoir (1)	When replacing the expansion reservoir (1). To do this, turn switch (S41) by 90° to the left and pull out of expansion reservoir (1).
9	Install in the reverse order

10	Check coolant level and correct if necessary

	Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. 12	Conduct engine test run and check engine for leaks
