| 2 | Disconnect rear blower motor electrical connector (M2/1x1) | ||
| 3 | Release catch hook (arrow A) and remove plug (4) of rear blower motor electrical connector (M2/1x1) from bracket at center console (1) | ||
| 4 | Disconnect Audio/COMAND control panel electrical connector (A40/9x1) | MODEL 204.0/2, 212 with CODE 581 (Automatic air conditioning) | |
| 5 | Remove white plug of Audio/COMAND control panel electrical connector (A40/9x1) from plug (4) of rear blower motor electrical connector (M2/1x1) | MODEL 204.0/2, 212 with CODE 581 (Automatic air conditioning) | |
| 6 | Free wiring harnesses (2) from lugs (3, 8) | ||
| 7 | Loosen retaining clamp (6) | ||
| 8 | Remove screws/bolts (5) and remove rear blower motor (M2/1) | ||
| 9 | Install in the reverse order |
