| 2 | Detach left blend air flap actuator motor (M2/6) and right blend air flap actuator motor (M2/7) | ||
| 3 | Expose electrical lines of left blend air flap actuator motor (M2/6) and right blend air flap actuator motor (M2/7) and place left blend air flap actuator motor (M2/6) and right blend air flap actuator motor (M2/7) to one side with electrical lines still connected | ||
| 4 | Detach seals (2) | ||

| 9 | Remove screw/bolt (9) and remove bracket (10) | ||

| 11 | Remove screws/bolts (13) and remove line bracket (12) | ||
| 12 | Unclip retaining clamps (14) from coolant lines (15) | ||
| 13 | Pull coolant lines (15) out of heat exchanger (1) and push to one side | ||
| 14 | Pull heat exchanger (1) out of air conditioner housing (A32) | ||
| 15 | Install in the reverse order |
