Draining TIREFIT sealant out of tires - AR40.10-P-1080EW

DANGER Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing the TIREFIT emulsion. Risk of injury  caused by skin contact and eye contact with the TIREFIT emulsion. Risk of fire  caused by ignition of the TIREFIT emulsion Do not swallow or come into contact with the TIREFIT tire sealant, which is an emulsion of rubber and terpene phenolic resin. No open fire or open light sources. AS40.10-Z-0001-01A

2 Remove valve element from valve and release pressure from the complete wheel IMPORTANT Put the complete wheel down so that the valve is on top and slowly unscrew the valve insert to prevent the tire sealant (3) from spraying out uncontrolled. Use a dry cloth to collect the discharged tire sealant (3).  
3.1 Unscrew union nut of the valve body and press the valve body into the complete wheel MODEL 166, 207

NOTES Carefully pull out the valve.
Otherwise the surface of the disk wheels may be damaged.
IMPORTANT Push the valve debris remaining in the valve bore of the disk wheel into the inside of the complete wheel.		  
4 Place complete wheel upright and slightly elevated with valve bore pointing downwards for 10 minutes IMPORTANT To ease extraction of the tire sealant (3).  
5 Attach hose (2) to empty tire sealant container (1) If an empty tire sealant container (1) is available.
IMPORTANT Replace the original hose of the tire sealant container (1) with a hose (2) 400 mm long.		  
6 Squeeze tire sealant container (1) together and insert hose (2) through valve bore of disk wheel into tire sealant (3) If an empty tire sealant container (1) is available.  
7.1 Reduce pressure on the tire sealant container (1) and suction off tire sealant (3) If an empty tire sealant container (1) is available.
IMPORTANT Position tire sealant container (1) under the complete wheel in order to make it easier to suction off the tire sealant (3). Approx. 90 % of the tire sealant (3) can be removed.		  
7.2 Bore the tire tread with a drill bit (10 mm dia.) and allow tire sealant (3) to flow off into a suitable container If an empty tire sealant container (1) is not available.  
PROGRAM HEATING (2ND CUT-IN TIME) Clean     
8 Clean disk wheel IMPORTANT Remove the remains of the tire sealant (3) using a damp cloth.  
9 Dispose of used tire sealant (3) properly    
10 Replace tires   AR40.10-P-1030EW 
11 Place new tire repair kit (3) into the vehicle
