Removing rear head restraint - AR91.16-P-1770CW

MODEL 204.0, 212.0/1 except CODE (287) Through-loading feature

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Pull up center head restraint (2.2), press adjusting button (4) and pull center head restraint (2.2) out of rear seat backrest (1) Model 204.0 without code (220) Parktronic for removal of center head restraint (2.2), model 212.0/1 with code (282) Ski bag (through-loading feature) for removal of center head restraint (2.2).
IMPORTANT The center head restraint (2.2) is only installed in model 212.0/1 without code (224) Design individual rear seat system.		  
2 Open trunk lid and move release lever (6) of backrest catches (7) to the left through the left and right holes in the reinforcement (5). Then push rear seat backrest (1) forwards Model 204.0 with code (220) Parktronic for removal of center head restraint (2.2),
Model 204.0 for removal of right head restraint (2.1) or left head restraint (2.3).
IMPORTANT Secure rear seat backrest (1) to prevent it from being unintentionally re-engaged.
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Ensure that the rear seat backrest (1) is securely engaged in the backrest catches (7).		  
3 Remove rear seat backrest (1) Model 212.0/1 for removal of right head restraint (2.1) or left head restraint (2.3), Model 212.0/1 without code (282) Ski bag (through-loading feature) for removal of center head restraint (2.2).  
Model 212.0/1 without code (224) Design individual rear seat system AR91.12-P-1620CW 
Model 212.0/1 with code (224) Design individual rear seat system AR91.12-P-1620EW 
4 Unlock and remove center head restraint (2.2) by means of a brief, strong jolt Model 212.0/1 with code (282) Ski bag (through-loading feature) for removal of center head restraint (2.2).
IMPORTANT The center head restraint (2.2) is only installed in model 212.0/1 without code (224) Design individual rear seat system.		  
5 Pull up right head restraint (2.1) or left head restraint (2.3), press adjusting button (4) and pull right head restraint (2.1) or left head restraint (2.3) out of the rear seat backrest (1) When removing the right head restraint (2.1) or the left head restraint (2.3).  
6 Install in the reverse order
