Remove/install front seat cushion cover - AR91.18-P-1800CW

1	Remove seat cushion		AR91.10-P-3310CW
2	Remove tray for fire extinguisher	MODEL 218 with CODE 682 (Fire extinguisher)
3	Unhook cover (1) from seat cushion frame (2)
4	Remove screws/bolts (8) and remove bracket (7)	MODEL 204 (except 204.9), 207, 212, 218 with CODE 409 (Left/right front multicontour seat) MODEL 212 with CODE 432 (Left and right dynamic multicontour seat) MODEL 218 up to model year 2015 with CODE 432 (Left and right dynamic multicontour seat)
5	Slip cover (1) over padding (9)
6	Unclip staple wire (12) from retaining clips (6)	MODEL 204 (except 204.9), 207, 212, 218 with CODE 409 (Left/right front multicontour seat) MODEL 212, 218 with CODE 432 (Left and right dynamic multicontour seat)
7	Lift cover (1) with padding (9)
8	Guide electrical wiring harness for front passenger seat occupied recognition (3) through seat cushion frame (2)	Only on passenger seat.

11	Route electrical wiring harness for seat heater (4) together with electrical wiring harness for seat ventilation motors through seat cushion frame (2)	MODEL 204, 207, 212, 218 with CODE 401 (Climatised front seats)
12	Remove cover (1) with padding (9)
13	Disconnect seat heater electrical connector (13) at bottom of cushion (9)	MODEL 212, 218 with CODE 873 (Seat heating for driver and front passenger)
14	Unclip staple wire (14) at padding (9) (arrows A)	MODEL 212, 218
15	Unclip staple wires (10, 11) at padding (9)	MODEL 212, 218 Only the upper staple wire (11) is installed.
16	Lift cover (1) and guide electrical wiring harness for seat heater (4) through padding (9)	MODEL 204, 207, 212, 218 with CODE 873 (Seat heating for driver and front passenger)
17	Remove cover (1) from padding (9)
18	Pull staple wires (10, 11) out of cover (1)	When replacing the cover (1). The option of removing the staple wires (10, 11) from the cover (1) depends on the vehicle equipment and may vary as a result. MODEL 212, 218 Only the upper staple wire (11) is installed.
19	Pull staple wire (12) out of cover (1)	MODEL 204 (except 204.9), 207, 212, 218 with CODE 409 (Left/right front multicontour seat) MODEL 212, 218 with CODE 432 (Left and right dynamic multicontour seat) When replacing the cover (1). The option of removing the staple wire (12) from the cover (1) depends on the vehicle equipment and may vary as a result.
20	Modify heating elements of seat heater at cover (1)	MODEL 204, 207, 212, 218 with CODE 873 (Seat heating for driver and front passenger) When replacing the cover (1). The heating elements of the seat heater can be used again.
21	Install in the reverse order
