Remove/install camshaft sprocket - AR05.20-P-6040OM

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove cylinder head covers Model 164, 251 AR01.20-P-5014GZB
    Model 203, 209 right cylinder head cover AR01.20-P-5012PI
    Model 203, 209 left cylinder head cover AR01.20-P-5013PI
    Model 204 AR01.20-P-5014CO
    Model 207, 212, 218 AR01.20-P-5014OGE
    Model 211 AR01.20-P-5014TI
    Model 219.322 AR01.20-P-5014TQ
    Model 221 AR01.20-P-5014SXI
    Model 461, 463 AR01.20-P-5014GY
2 Attach set of hold-down devices (9) to cylinder head IMPORTANT The SPECIAL TOOL set of hold-down devices (9) with the cylinder head creates the camshaft bearing.
TORQUE SPECIFICATION

3 Set piston on the cylinder 1 to ignition top dead center (OT) IMPORTANT The TDC marking (arrow) on vibration damper (7) must be aligned with stay on timing case cover (6).  
4 Inspect timing IMPORTANT For ignition TDC of piston 1 markings (8) on the camshaft (1) must stand opposite to each other exactly.
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Put the timing chain (14) in place again if markings (8) for ignition TDC on piston 1 are displaced. Engine damage can occur otherwise due to wrong timing.
 
5 Mark position of timing chain (14) relative to camshaft sprocket (4, 5) IMPORTANT Use touch up paint pen.  
6 Loosen bolt (11) by turning engine on vibration damper (7) until bolt (11) is accessible IMPORTANT Only loosen bolt (11), do not remove.  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA05.10-P-1004-01L 
7 Position piston of cylinder 1 to ignition TDC again Observe top dead center marking (arrow) and markings (8).  
8 Loosen bolts (12) IMPORTANT Only loosen bolts (12) do not remove.

9 Remove chain tensioner (2) Model 164, 251 AR05.10-P-7800GZB
    Model 203, 209 AR05.10-P-7800PI
    Model 204 AR05.10-P-7800CO
    Model 207, 212, 221, 218 AR05.10-P-7800SXI 
    Model 211 AR05.10-P-7800TI
    Model 219.322 AR05.10-P-7800TQ
    Model 461, 463 AR05.10-P-7800GY
10 Remove set of hold-down devices (9) on cylinder head TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA01.30-P-1004-01S

11 Remove camshaft holder (10) TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA01.30-P-1004-01S 
12 Fix cable tie to timing chain (14)    
13 Remove camshafts (1) with camshaft sprocket (4, 5)    
14 Lay timing chain (14) with cable tie in timing chain chamber    
15 Remove bolts (11, 12) and camshaft sprocket (4, 5) from camshafts (1) IMPORTANT In a removed condition.  
16 Install in the reverse order
