	Remove/install
1	Connect diagnostic system and perform initial startup of sound system amplifier control unit (N40/3)	When replacing sound system amplifier control unit (N40/3).
			AD00.00-P-2000-04A
		Transfer buffered basic data to new sound system amplifier control unit (N40/3).
2.1	Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key from electronic ignition lock control unit	MODEL 212.0/1 up to model year 2014 with CODE 810 (Sound system) without CODE 889 (KEYLESS-GO) MODEL 218 with CODE 810 (Sound system) without CODE 889 (KEYLESS-GO)

4	Disconnect electrical connection (2)
5	Disconnect electrical connector with optical fiber (3) and cover equipment connection at sound system amplifier control unit (N40/3)
6	Unscrew nuts (4)
7	Remove sound system amplifier control unit (N40/3) from bracket (5)
8	Install in the reverse order
