	Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A

	Remove/install
1	Bring engine up to operating temperature (approx. 80°C)	Check compression pressure when engine at operating temperature.

5	Screw screw-in piece (3) into the glow plug hole of the cylinder to be checked.	According to variants, use screw-in piece M8 (3) or screw-in piece M10 (3).

6	Connect compression recorder (1) to screw-in piece (3)	Connect compression recorder (1) with flexible adapter (2) to the screw-in pieceM8 (3) or screw-in piece (3) M10.

7	Check compression pressure	Do not turn engine over the transmitter key in electronic ignition lock control unit. To check compression pressure, the engine must be turned over using the starter for at least eight revolutions: ↓ Crank engine with starter.
