	Remove/install
1	Remove spark plugs
	Replace spark plugs		AP15.10-P-1580EW
2	Turn engine at crankshaft center bolt in direction of engine rotation until piston of cylinder to be checked is at bottom dead center (BDC)		Figure
3	Connect up cylinder illumination unit (1) and insert flexible endoscope (2) through spark plug bore into cylinder to be checked
	Checking
4	Inspect cylinder walls	If condition of the cylinder barrel is not clearly recognizable, the cylinder head must be removed. Absolutely observe General information for checking the cylinder barrel before removal:

5	Check other cylinders in the same way
6	Install in the reverse order
